 Business Analyst:

1) To get a project from a client
a) The client chooses some companies and calls for bidding with their business plan 
about the project.
b) Companies submit their business plans with their bidding amount.
c) Client goes through all business plans and their bidding amount.
d) Client chooses their required business plan which has optimum bidding amount.
e) The company whose plan is selected gets the project.

2) Role of a Business Analyst:
a) Get the highlights or high level understanding of the project.
b) Analysis of the project with the known parameters (with Technical Experts)
- From Existing Projects
- Historic data from database or Net
c) Come up with a high level business plan for the project.
d) Calculate the bidding amount from historic data, the financial capability 
of the client and their own company and come up with an optimum plan.
e) Good Business Plan + Optimum bidding amount
- Greater possibility to get the project.

3) Plan:
a) Requirement Analysis
b) High level design
c) Required Human Resources
d) Expected Technologies
e) Time period with Risk factors
f) Budget for the project + Risk factor 
g) HR + Tech + Other Infrastructure
